Port 32 Marina

Miller is undertaking a comprehensive redevelopment of Port 32. This extensive project will modernize and elevate the 50-year-old marina’s infrastructure to meet contemporary maritime standards and the evolving demands of the boating community. The redevelopment comprises of the replacement of approximately 600 LF of existing seawall and 1,000 LF of floating docks. The project includes the construction of two pre-engineered metal buildings, a ship store, designed from cast-in-place concrete, and new fuel tanks and dispensers. The centerpiece is the indoor storage facility, which will house over 400 boats, ranging from 25 to 55 feet in length. This vast space, designed to offer optimal protection and accessibility, will be complemented by 13,262 SF of climate-controlled showroom space for the display and sale of high-end marine equipment and boats. The marina will boast 8,999 SF of retail space dedicated to marine-related merchandise and services, and 14 service bays equipped to handle a wide range of maintenance and repair needs. The infrastructure surrounding the marina will also undergo significant upgrades, including improved road access to ensure enhanced transportation logistics.
