BLU by ThriveWell

The Miller Construction Special Projects Group completed the interior buildout of BLU by ThriveWell, a transformative six-month project that began in November 2024. The 19,000-square-foot space was thoughtfully designed to integrate wellness, healthcare, and recreation. It features medical offices, a gym, sauna, red light therapy, Dual X-Ray Absorptiometry (iDEXA), three indoor pickleball courts, yoga and Pilates rooms, and a café. Constructed using metal framing and drywall, the project reflects a commitment to holistic health and community-centered design, bringing together advanced medical capabilities and lifestyle amenities in one cohesive environment.
