Brian Silver

Brian is a member of Miller’s Leadership Team and is a bricks-and-sticks construction professional. He mentors several of Miller’s team members in their entrepreneurial spirit as they grow with the company and supports operations teams as they transition projects from preconstruction through the completion of the projects. Brian is the critical path specialist and leads teams on the fastest-track projects in Miller’s pipeline. He specializes in industrial and unique, complex projects on which he uses his in-depth field experience to motivate top performance from subcontractors and everyone on his project teams.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Brian served in the active military and the Reserves. He started with Miller in 1998 as a carpenter in our service department and trained as a superintendent. He served as a senior superintendent for more than a decade before becoming a project manager, then a project executive, and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2022.

Brian is a family man and enjoys time with his wife Erica and their four kids. He also enjoys clay shooting and participating in industry competitions.
