Lake Park Industrial covers 184,880 square feet. The interior has 42-foot-by-54-foot column spacing and 32-foot, clear-height ceilings. The tilt-wall warehouse is built with structural steel and joists, deck framing and TPO roofing. Miller designed the warehouse with 40 dock doors that have 10-foot clearances. During preconstruction, Miller’s team assessed the land and recommended a site subcontractor relocate soil to the building pad.

Ranch House Industrial spans 133,075 square feet. It is equipped with 38-foot-by-54-foot column spacing, 32-foot clear-height ceilings and 26 dock doors with 10-foot clearances. The tilt-wall warehouse was constructed with structural steel and joists, deck framing and TPO roofing.
