Modlo Air Logistics Center
Buildings 1, 2, 3
Miller fast-tracked simultaneous construction of three green, next-generation logistics buildings at a 23.7-acre site close to Miami International Airport’s cargo entrance. The tilt-up structures total 495,000 square feet and have 36-foot clear-height ceilings along with 54-foot column spacing to speed through-put and boost efficiency. Miller’s crews installed thicker slabs and enhanced ESFR sprinkler systems to support added volume and load. Being built to achieve LEED certification, each building features insulated glass, R-20 roofing, LED lighting and electric car charging stations.
