Gateway Commerce Park 1 – 5 and TI’s

The fifth and final building at Gateway Commerce Park has begun construction with plans to deliver in January 2023. Miller completed Building 3 and immediately began construction on Building 2, both measuring 132,894 square feet with 51-foot-by-45-foot column spacing and 30-foot clear-height ceilings. In response to the global supply chain issues, Miller worked closely with the owner to release long-lead items ahead of construction starts, enabling the project team to meet each building’s fast-tracked schedule. Upon completion, the Class A warehouse project will span 850,000 square feet across 61-acres in Miami Gardens.

The buildings’ 30-to-32-foot clear height ceilings, efficient column spacing, expansive glass and appealing tilt-panel entry features have drawn immense leasing activity that allowed for rapid new building starts. Current leases include Best Buy, Peloton, Lowes, DHL, National Tire Wholesale and Goodwill. As an added benefit to the client, Miller Construction completed tenant buildouts totaling 765,388 square feet for these and other leases throughout Gateway Commerce Park.
