A 120,000-square-foot, two-story flagship facility representing the 29th collaboration between the contractor and CITY Furniture. The project exemplifies advanced tilt-wall construction methodology, with an exterior envelope finished in high-performance stucco, integrated architectural storefront glazing, and load-bearing accent columns. The structure incorporates on-site electric vehicle charging infrastructure and is topped with the signature CITY Furniture pyramid feature, which contributes to both the brand identity and visual impact.

The interior layout is engineered for optimal traffic flow and merchandising flexibility, featuring escalators and a dedicated service elevator to streamline vertical circulation. Integrated building systems include state-of-the-art LED lighting arrays, distributed audio/visual technology, and comprehensive climate control for enhanced shopper experience. The ground floor café with full beverage service is designed to support extended dwell times and customer engagement.

Display zones are organized into thematic vignettes, with modular partitioning and adaptable power/data solutions to accommodate evolving merchandising requirements. MEP systems were coordinated through BIM to ensure efficient routing and minimal spatial conflicts, and all life safety and accessibility standards meet or exceed current Florida Building Code requirements. The project’s delivery demonstrates an integration of construction best practices, brand-driven architectural detailing, and future-ready infrastructure.
