David Zorrilla
David’s role is spearheading Miller’s multifamily presence. He has over 25 years of construction experience in Florida and has been involved with hundreds of multifamily projects. Throughout his career, David has cultivated a relationship of trust with clients and other project stakeholders, including designers, subcontractors and consultants. David brings value to the team with his deep preconstruction and operations experience. He is a constant student of leadership and works to help his teammates reach their professional goals.
David received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He has served as SVP of Preconstruction Services and the Managing Director of Construction.
David developed a passion for construction through working in high school and college for his father’s fire sprinkler design and installation business. He is an active member of ULI and has gone through their Leadership Institute program. He served on the board of AEC Trendsetters.
David spends most of his free time with his family. From boating Florida’s waterways to traveling to far-off places, he loves to share his love of exploring and learning with his wife and two children. He nurtured this with his son through involvement in the BSA Scouting program where he served as the Pack Cubmaster and Wood Badge Leadership program graduate.
