Miller Construction Completes Development of Porsche North Miami

Project includes a two-story showroom, a five-story parking garage, and expansive service area

Miami, Fla. – June xxxx, 2026 – Miller Construction Company, a statewide, privately held construction firm, completed development of a landmark two-story Porsche center for Holman, a global automotive services leader and one of the largest privately-owned dealership groups in the United States. Porsche North Miami, a part of the Holman family of dealerships, opens as a Generation 5 Porsche center, setting a new benchmark for the iconic brand's modern, elevated retail experience in South Florida.

Located at 15055 Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami, the 339,000-square-foot project features a 49,616-square-foot showroom attached to a 215,063-square-foot parking garage with 509 spaces and a 10,838-square-foot service drive. The garage has a 39,465-square-foot service bay on the first floor with 42 service lifts and a 24,602-square-foot parts department. High-quality lighting illuminates the entire site, purposefully designed to feel like a natural extension of the showroom itself.

The project delivered an exceptional suite of consumer amenities, including a dedicated carwash structure with six detailing bays and an EV battery storage structure. The 7.19-acre site was strategically configured to accommodate future development opportunities.

“This is the 11th project Miller has delivered for Holman, and we deeply value our long-standing relationship with the organization,” said Brian Sudduth, President and CEO of MillerConstruction. “Their vision for the new Porsche North Miami represents a forward-thinking investment in the future of the automotive experience. We are proud to help clients like Holman shape what’s next for the industry.”

Miller Construction executed a rigorous 15-month preconstruction process for the design-build project that encompassed pre-cast materials, environmental site management, dynamic compaction, and the installation of supporting auger-cast piles. This meticulous approach proved critical in delivering accurate cost forecasting and minimizing Holman’s financial exposure throughout the project.

The project team included FSMY Architects and Planners, CES Consulting Engineering Services (MEP Engineer), Desimone Consulting Engineering, and Langan Engineering (Civil).
