BMW Pines Showroom

Miller Construction built a ground-up, two-story project for Holman Automotive’s BMW of Pembroke Pines. The 37,350-square-foot, state-of-the-art dealership includes updated office spaces, break rooms and finishes, along with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the vehicles throughout the entire building. The project also includes 113 parking spaces and renovations to the service drive and sidewalks around the perimeter of the showroom.

Miller’s preconstruction team planned and built a temporary complex, moving employees of the BMW facility to the space for continued operation of the dealership. The temporary complex consists of 12 trailers to facilitate operations and a 210’x 50’ canopy with lighting that acted as a showroom in front of the 6-story Inventory Garage and Collision Center, which Miller Construction previously built.
