The facility includes a 39,465-square-foot service bay with 42 lifts, a 24,602-square-foot parts department, and a 10,838-square-foot service drive, all designed to support high-performance operations and an elevated client experience.

Additional features include a carwash with detailing bays, EV battery storage, and integrated site elements that extend the showroom experience throughout the property.

This project marks Miller Construction’s 11th collaboration with Holman Automotive, reflecting a longstanding partnership built on trust and shared vision. Through a comprehensive 15-month preconstruction process, the team delivered precise planning, cost certainty, and long-term value, resulting in a flagship facility aligned with Porsche’s Generation 5 standards.
