The Villa Tuscany enclave of just 17 three-story luxury residences is a jewel-like alternative to the residential high-rises that reshaped downtown Fort Lauderdale’s skyline. Miller Construction Company assembled a veteran team of craftsmen to construct Villa Tuscany, with upscale finishes and detailing such as European designer kitchens and Saturnia marble master baths. Villa Tuscany exudes old-world charm, from the private central courtyard and pool to richly textured interior finishes. It offered the first new luxury non-high-rise residences to be introduced within the city’s downtown business district in many years.
