Kim Riehn Since 2010
As a member of the Leadership Team, Kim oversees the transparent, open-book accounting that keeps our clients fully updated on costs associated with their projects. Her team includes IT, Human Resources, the accounting department and project administrators, and Kim is known for having an open door for all of our team members. She uses her strong organizational skills in the development and management of human resources and operational processes.
Kim received her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Real Estate and Urban Development from the University of Georgia. In her previous role at Republic Services, Kim was tasked with overseeing the major renovation and construction of her company’s national headquarters. Her experience was so positive as a client, Kim came to Miller as our CFO and has continued to grow the professionalism of our company ever since.
Kim serves her industry as a member and former board member of the Construction Financial Management Association. She is an ardent world-traveler with her husband and extended family and especially enjoys cruising to international ports of call. Kim is also an avid reader.
