Nicole Flier Since 2022
Nicole is responsible for developing relationships with potential clients, cultivating existing client relationships and bringing new project opportunities to Miller. She represents the company at regional and national industry conferences in commercial sectors including aviation, automotive, hospitality and retail.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Southern California. As a proud Trojan alumna, she is passionate about USC football. She brings to Miller a wealth of experience in the construction industry and relationships in architecture/design, engineering, hospitality, real estate, and non-profit sectors that she has built over her career. Nicole is also a LEED Green Associate.
As an involved community advocate, Nicole supports several non-profit, civic and charitable organizations. She serves as Chair of the Permitting and Construction Review Board for the City of Boca Raton and as Co-Chair for the Boca Raton Police Foundation. Nicole recently completed a two-year term as Chairwoman of the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation (Baptist Health South Florida) “Go Pink Challenge”. Nicole loves to workout, travel and spend time with her family and her Maltipoo, Bellini.
