Spencer Green Since 2011
As Director of Preconstruction, Spencer works closely with clients and their design teams in the development of budgets and project estimates and facilitates the transition from preconstruction to operations. He is committed to continuous improvement and is responsible for implementing new technology, developing and maintaining historical cost data, and identifying and qualifying new material suppliers and subcontractors.
Spencer received a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and a minor in business from the University of Florida and joined Miller in 2011. As the former president of a boutique architecture firm, Spencer has a unique perspective and insight into the process of Value DesignSM and working to bring our clients the most value for their investments. He also plays an important role in recruiting new members to the Miller team.
Spencer is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Southeast Florida Chapter and the Construction Association of South Florida (CASF), where he has served as a judge for the CASF Craftsmanship Awards for several years. He is an avid golfer and is on the leadership team for the Pompano Beach Golf League, a non-profit league that raises money for charitable organizations in our community. He also enjoys football and traveling with his family.
