Steve Glascott Since 2022
Steve is the newest member of Miller’s Leadership Team and earned the role by leading our central Florida office in a multitude of ways. He is committed to ensuring that Miller’s long-standing history and reputation is the blueprint for success in Central Florida by leveraging the experience and relationships he has built over the years to establish credibility and trust. Steve oversees the team as they grow together and continuously improve how they assess future opportunities, work with potential clients during the budgeting process, establish a stable of qualified area subcontractors, and manage overall operations that guarantee our clients have the best experience.
Steve is a graduate of the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management at the University of Florida and continues to be an avid Gator fan. His experience as the Director of Operations for a general contractor gave him insight into leading several teams and he has brought that and continued leadership growth to Miller, operating on the belief that if you take care of the people around you, the rest will take care of itself.
Steve is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Central Florida, and gives his time to several youth organizations, including Pop Warner Football where he is a volunteer coach for his son’s team. He and his wife are Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans and any time there is an opportunity, Steve likes a good round of golf.
